Our general hours of operation are as follows:
Monday – Friday: 11 A.M. to 8 P.M.
Saturday: 8 A.M. to 8 P.M.
Sunday: 2 P.M. to 6 P.M.
However we are always happy to make our best effort to accommodate clients. If you need an appointment outside of our typical hours, please let us know.
We understand that life happens and things may need to be rescheduled or cancelled.
Please note that we require a 50% retainer/deposit for all sessions which is non-refundable. By booking your session you confirm that you agree to this policy in addition to our terms and conditions.
If rescheduling is needed, there is a $75 fee to reschedule. Please be courteous when rescheduling, and do so at least 3 days in advance. All rescheduled sessions need to be completed within 30 days of the original date. Rescheduling consideration is made at the discretion of M.A.D.E. by Glyde.
Client agrees that the rescheduling fee fairly compensates Provider for accommodating changes in our schedule and committing to provide the Services and turning down other potential projects/clients. Therefore the rescheduling fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation, Rescheduling and No-Shows
Cancellation, Rescheduling of Services or No-Show Client: If Client desires to cancel Services, reschedule Services, or if it becomes impossible for Provider to render Services due to the fault of the Client or parties related to Client or failure of one or more essential parties to the Client’s to show up in a timely manner, Client shall provide notice to Provider as soon as possible via email to hello@madebyglyde.com. Provider has no obligation to attempt to re-book further Services to fill the void created by Client’s cancellation, rescheduling, no-show or if it becomes impossible for Provider to provide the Services due to the fault of Client (or parties related to Client), and Provider will not be obligated to refund any monies Client has previously paid towards the Total Cost. Client is not relieved of any payment obligations for cancelled Services, rescheduled Services, failing to show up for the session, or should it become impossible for Provider to provide the services due to the fault of Client (or parties related to Client) unless the Parties otherwise agree in writing. For instance, if Provider is able to secure another, unrelated client for a session, then Provider may choose, at its sole discretion, to excuse all (or a portion of) Client’s outstanding balance of the Total Cost.
You will be provided with a private online digital gallery to review the media from your session within a week. Our interactive galleries are easy to use and allow you to download, share, purchase prints, and more!
After your selections are made for any edits that you are ordering, please allow between 7 to 10 business days to receive them.
After selections are made your final retouched images will be provided to you within 10 business days. If you need your photos prior to that, we do offer expedited turnaround services within 48 to 72 hours for an additional fee of $150. Your invoice will be updated to reflect this service and is due prior to us commencing editing.
We love flexing our creative muscles to produce truly unique and original products. When doing these type of projects our edits are done utilizing the following formula.
Ex. Alter Ego photo where we are merging 2 images equals 3 edits.
The health and safety of our clients and our staff are paramount to us. We sincerely hope that you get well soon. Our rescheduling policy applies to all sessions, however we do consider waiving the rescheduling fee with proof of diagnosis. This is done at the discretion of M.A.D.E. by Glyde so please inquire.
We LOVE a celebration, however cleaning up confetti and/or glitter is not much of a party. We do not allow confetti or glitter in studio, but don’t fret. We are able to add it in during the editing phase so you still achieve the celebratory aesthetic you are after.
If your shoot is on location or outdoors, feel free to bring along the glitter and confetti but be mindful that you will be responsible for the cleanup after the shoot.
You are picture perfect, and I will prove it to you! Your headshots will highlight the best qualities of yourself. We also provide retouching and editing services so you can look like the absolute best version of yourself.
We don’t want to encourage catfishing! No one likes to be caught off guard by a headshot that was taken years ago and only vaguely resembles you. A current headshot can support your credibility with your community, colleagues, and potential clients. With that in mind, we recommend updating your headshot annually.
Yes, we provide in studio and on-location services. We are always excited to shoot in amazing locations. We are also available to provide location scouting for your session as an a la carte service.
Sure thing! Portraits for your team and even some group shots are a great way to show off your company culture. We can certainly pull off a new and improved “School Picture Day” experience for your team.
Absolutely! We can provide branding and lifestyle media for your organization/brand. We go beyond headshots. Your furry friends are welcome to get in on the fun. Dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, everything but your pet snake! Just kidding, I’m happy to shoot your snake too… We want everyone to look their best so make sure they’re groomed, well behaved, and leashed.
Bonus Tip: Bring along their favorite toys and treats so we can ensure they are happy and cooperative throughout the session!
Absolutely! Whoever makes you feel most comfortable is welcome. If you’re under the age of 18, I insist that you bring along a parent or guardian. If you’d like to have some photos with your plus one let’s chat about the available options during your consultation!
For our great Grads, we recommend scheduling at least one month in advance. Our weekend sessions are usually the first to fill up, especially in peak seasons. Scheduling your session in advance gives you the security of knowing your date is reserved just for you.
We only photograph one graduate per shoot day, availability is extremely limited. By booking a few months out, it gives us time to plan efficiently and effectively. It also gives you plenty of time to curate the perfect wardrobe, props, and finalize any details for your session.
Maternity photoshoots are ideally scheduled to take place between 32-36 weeks of your pregnancy. However, if you are expecting twins or multiples, it is best to schedule your maternity shoot for around 29-30 weeks.
Your comfort and confidence are of top priority to us. This is a personal choice and there is absolutely no pressure to include nudity in your session. There are a number of solutions we can implement to celebrate your body without showing skin. We can utilize fabric draping over you to provide the impression of being semi-nude, for example. Being fully covered does not prohibit us from getting an amazing shot to celebrate your body.

We are excited to welcome your bundle of joy to the world! Our suggestion is to have the newborn session within the first 10 days of life and ideally before they are two weeks old if at all possible.
We want this to be an easy experience for everyone. Please feed your baby on their normal schedule. For best results, please have your baby fed, happy, and ready for a good sleep so that we can capture those adorable sleepy head poses.
A newborn session can last up to a few hours as we want to allow for enough time to get your baby settled and to be able to pose them into position to be photographed.
We understand that most newborns may require feeding at some point during their newborn session. Be sure to remember to bring their milk or feel free to breastfeed in the studio.
For ease, dress your baby in something that is easy to remove and keep their diaper as loose as possible to avoid creases or marks on their skin.
Yes, the more the merrier! We want to celebrate sibling love. Let’s coordinate during your consultation to ensure we minimize disruption to the baby.
It is not uncommon for new moms to not quite feel like themselves or not be completely comfortable being photographed. We respect your decision but encourage you to keep in mind that this is a once in a lifetime opportunity. We work to comfortable celebrate you and baby. Remember you can keep these shots for your personal collection and don’t have to sare.
We understand that kids will be kids. If for any reason we are unable to complete the session within the allotted time, we can extend if our schedule permits at our hourly rate. If it is better to reschedule, we will work with you to do so and provide a quote for the new session.
